Serving Niagara Rieslings
The Niagara Peninsula region is ideal for growing Riesling grapes due to its cooler mineral-rich climate. Many of the local winemakers adopt organic and sustainable farming techniques adding to the distinctive quality and versatility of this white wine.
Since the first Riesling grapes were planted in Niagara in 1976, the region’s Rieslings have gone on to win a large number of awards, both locally and nationally as well as internationally. That’s why we are proud to serve the local wines from our area. Rieslings from the Niagara Peninsula go well with a wide range of foods, A dry Riesling pairs nicely with seafood and white meat while a semi-dry Riesling pairs well with pork dishes.
